I've always had a harder time being an inquirer, because I have felt like my questions would be annoying, or even a burden. But as I've struggled throughout high school, I have recognized that it is very important to ask questions. Conversing and clarifying ideas helps to expand understanding as well as knowledge. In Literature, we often annotate and discuss poetry or prose. This is a whole class discussion, so many questions and comments are made. When it came to our poetry unit, I had become very interested, which caused me to make many comments, as well as questioning the use of the devices. I felt completely comfortable asking questions, even in a room full of many students.
