Self Management Skills: PR (Meeting). I feel that I have had a decline in this skill within the past year. Yes, I have been working independently this whole year, but I sometimes struggle to meet deadlines. This is because I stress myself out with all of the work I have to complete, causing me to start my work late.
Social Skills: AD (Exceeding). This year I have gotten much better with my social skills, as I started collaborating with others more frequently. I often share my opinion and give my perspective on other events. My leadership qualities have expanded as well.
Communication Skills: PR (Meeting). This is another skill that has been strengthened within the past year. I am not afraid to voice my opinion, or ask for help when I feel it is needed. However, I sometimes struggle to ask for help because I don’t want to be looked down upon. Otherwise, I’m okay with working with others.
Thinking Skills: AD (Exceeding). I have actually found a love for analyzation, and I feel that my skills have been increased within the past year. Meaning that I am able to understand when a problem is occurring I can identify it, and immediately try to find solutions. I am always able to create a solution for problems, no matter how complex.
Research Skills: AD (Exceeding). Once again, this is another skill that has to do with interpretation and analyzing, as well as creating my own ideas with the background of other sources. Taking other information and synthesizing it with other sources helps produce more solid information as well as combining ideas to simplify things. By using tools like the Virtual Library, I can also find more reliable sources for analyzation.
